The Battery on the Waterway is a Carolina Forest new home community. This Carolina Forest new home community is a gated community located along the Intracoastal Waterway behind the Queens Cove Garden Homes subdivision. This Carolina Forest new home community is about halfway developed of the 99 approved single family units approved for development. This is a relatively unique Carolina Forest new home community in that all of the homes either share a waterway view or are directly on the waterfront of the Intracoastal Waterway. Every four waterfront homes share a boat dock that has accommodations for four boat slips. Access to this new Carolina home community is convenient from Robert Grissom Parkway and Carolina Bays Parkway. You are welcome to bring your own builder to this community. Lots are available starting in the low 100's. Most of the homes developed thus far are over a half million. As of August 2023, there were 63 single family homes developed with an additional 36 single family homes remaining to be developed left to be developed in this Carolina Forest new home community.
