The International World Tour Golf Links is the brainchild of Mel Graham, a designer and developer who spent eight years choosing and replicating inspiring holes from among the most exclusive courses around the world. Horry County Government has approved the building of an additional 180 multi family units in this Carolina Forest new home community. Development of these new multi-family units has not yet started as of April 2024.
