The new townhome community of Camberly is conveniently located just off of Highway 501 adjacent to the existing subdivision of Waterford Plantation.

Camberly is nestled among three of the area’s golf courses: Myrtle Beach National, The Wizard and Man O’War.

Arbor Ridge is another new home community - 18 single-family homes - that is currently under development close to Camberly.

Lennar will be the builder in the new townhome community of Camberly.

Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 58 townhomes homes in Camberly on a parcel of 13.14 acres of land.

Lennar is no stranger to building in the Carolina Forest area.  Lennar was the builder in Hidden Pines and Lennar is currently building townhomes in Victory Point.

Lennar has not yet announced timing on the new townhome community of Camberly.
